Yeah, I guess bottom line is that weight isn't as important as body fat percentage. That's what I'd like to be able to track.

This, I think, is similar to the Slimfast approach, but better engineered. And I know what you're saying about losing weight whilst exercising. I gained 3 pounds my first two weeks of kickboxing. About 6 weeks into the kickboxing now though, and although my weight hasn't changed at all from the norm, my measurements definitely have! Plus, I love it!

Yeah, you'll have to let me know how it goes. I'm a little freaked out by those things. I think the qoute that expresses my feelings about them is, "If diet pills really worked, why are the major pharmcuetical companies making them?" But if it does really work then that would be great.

My plan is to work on getting back in the habit of excercising everyday. I'll do that for 6 weeks or so and them I'm going to start working on the diet. If you're dieting and excercising at the same time it can be a little dissappointing because you build so much muscle so quickly when you get started that you offset the weight loss. It's not until I start burning more fat that I really want to work on changing the eating habits.

I've been researching lately how to be more healthy. I looked at Colonix, but frankly, that scares the *hit out of me (literally). So, Saturday, I'll start a different "cleansing" program, Isagenix. I'm doing the 9 day routine. Hopefully I'll make it through having not eaten off my arm! I'll let you know how it goes.
