Well, you can vote for these people if they're on your state's ticket. Several of those people will not be on the Arizona ticket because they did not apply early enough to be on it. Nader fought this, but will still not be on the ticket.

You can vote for an independant. Peroutka, Badnarik, Nadar, or Cobb.

Peroutka is with the Constitution Party, formerly known as the Tax Reform Party, an alternative to the Republican Party and Bush's departure from Conservatism. Constitution Party is further to the Right and more Conservative than Republican Party.

Badnarik is with the Libertarians. Platform personal responsibility and less government. Marijuana legalization, pro-gun rights, merit based promotion...they are pro everthing. Basically a social liberal with conservative government.

Nadar wants to raise the cost of every manufactured good known to man. To hell with personal responsibility- the manufacturer is to blame for your jackassery.

Cobb is a tree hugger, what more can I say.

I am with Todd, neither the Republicans nor the Dems are deserving of anyones vote. Both parties plan on jacking up taxes or deficits.

I do agree with Cobb that the election system needs major reform...but he's still a tree hugger.

I'll most likely protest by voting for an independent, that is unless exit polls reveal that Kerry is leading, then I will have to vote for Bush.

All I have to say is, It's a good thing that the assault weapons ban is expiring. That will make our job easier!

And as we speak, the Department of Homesland Security is logging us all into their database.

"Yep, sounds like they want a coup. Definitely potential terrorists."

That's what I'm saying! I know that there are people in Congress that truly care about the country, but the job isn't getting done. For that reason I think the halls of congress and the White House should be wiped clean and we should start over.

I am not convinced that Bush has a plan either (except to continue promoting his own interests). His "acceptance" of his parties nomination certainly didn't include one. As terrible as it sounds, sometimes I think the best thing we could do is somehow get rid of the whole government so we could just start over with people who don't have years worth of debts to repay and who still have ideas of their own.

The election prcoess needs to be revamped.

When we vote, there should be the option: "None of the Above."

If this option wins, then all parties should be forced to field new candidates and the election should start over. ;-)

Although I once heard a lovely variation of this theme wherein candidates received positive or negative votes and were forced into Candidate Death Matches based on their popularity.
