Not Bad!
27.25 miles at 17.21 MPH over very rolling terrain, 3 decent little climbs. Don’t know where it came from, probably won’t be able to do it again for a little while.
On a different note, I got an email from a girl that I went to high school with. Apparently, my class IS going to have a 10th reunion. I used to think that I wouldn’t be interested in going to something like that. I don’t know if it’s the idea of maybe going back to the Monterey area or actually seeing what some of those people have been up to but I think I’m going to try to get there. I looked at plane tickets from here to San Jose already and I can fly American round trip for about $225 so I may go.
We’ll see.
Wow! That’s a great price. We went to Brian’s and had a (surprisingly) great time. But, I didn’t have any interest in mine the following year. Julie went though and seeing her pictures made me think that would have been cool too. You’ll be surprised at how much nicer people are now than they were then. Plus, any excuse to get to the Carmel coast!
About the dogs…I’m writing here because I didn’t know if you’d see if I posted for the other day. I’ve been wondering about them myself. I really think Nanook needs to be an indoor dog. I think he would be healthier that way. I think he would be great with a retired person, or with a family (if indoors). So, if it matters, I think you should find a home for the dogs. I don’t think it’s fair at all for them to live out in the heat with little attention.
